This salad is bright and refreshing, with the peppery taste of watercress, the crunch of jicama, and the sweet citrusy taste of tangelo.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch watercress, washed and trimmed
  • 1 small jicama, peeled and julienned
  • 2 tangelos, peeled and segmented

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the watercress, jicama, and tangelo segments

Toss gently to mix well
