Vegan White Chocolate Cookies



Enjoy these tasty vegan cookies that are filled with sweet white chocolate. They're a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without eating any animal products.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium-sized bowl with a whisk

Mixed vegan butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a big bowl until fluffy and light

Mix the applesauce and vanilla extract into the butter and sugar until everything is well mixed together

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined

Add the vegan white chocolate chips and mix them in

Place tablespoon-sized amounts of dough on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie

For 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden

Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way
