Delicious Deviled Eggs with Avocado



These deviled eggs with avocado are a creamy and flavorful twist on the classic appetizer. The addition of ripe avocado adds a velvety texture and a subtle earthy flavor that pairs perfectly with the creamy egg yolks. They make a delightful and nourishing snack or appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions:

Put the eggs in a pot and add enough water to cover them

Over high heat, bring to a boil

Then, turn the heat down to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes

Put the eggs in a bowl of ice water to cool down for a few minutes

Then, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise

Take the egg yolks out and put them in a different bowl

When the avocado is ready, cut it in half and take out the pit

Put the flesh into the bowl with the egg yolks

Put the egg yolks and avocado in a bowl

Add the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Blend or mash everything together until it's smooth

Fill the egg white halves with the avocado and yolk mixture

For a neater look, use a piping bag

Add some paprika and fresh chives on top to make it look nice

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it so the flavors can mix
