Super Tender Italian Meatballs



These Super Tender Italian Meatballs are made with ground beef and flavorful herbs and spices, resulting in juicy and delicious meatballs that are perfect for any Italian-inspired meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:

Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl

Mix everything together well

Make meatballs out of the mixture that are about an inch across

Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat

Carefully add the meatballs to the pan in groups so that they don't get crowded

It will take about 10 to 12 minutes of cooking until the meatballs are brown on all sides and fully cooked

Take it out of the pan and let it drain on paper towels

Serve hot with pasta and your favorite marinara sauce, or however you like
