Spicy Thai Chicken French Bread Pizzas



Thai and Italian flavors come together in a delicious way in these Spicy Thai Chicken French Bread Pizzas. With soft chicken, mozzarella cheese, and fresh vegetables, the sweet and spicy sauce makes for a delicious treat. Great for a quick dinner that tastes great!

Ingredients:

  • 1 French baguette, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C

Each French baguette should be cut in half lengthwise, making a total of 8 slices

Bring the vegetable oil to a low boil in a small saucepan

Put in the chicken shreds and stir-fry for two to three minutes, until everything is hot

Put the Thai sweet chili sauce and peanut sauce in a bowl and mix them together

To make the pizza sauce, stir it well

Cover every piece of French bread with the sauce

On top of the sauce, put some of the shredded chicken on each piece of bread

The chicken should have mozzarella cheese on top of it

Add green onions and slices of red bell pepper on top

After the pizzas are ready, put them on a baking sheet and bake them in a hot oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and starting to turn golden

After taking the pizzas out of the oven, top them with chopped cilantro and crushed peanuts
