Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter, and melted coconut oil
Add coconut flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture
Stir until well combined
Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes
Transfer the banana bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing
Slice and serve
