Paleo Banana Bread



Compared to regular banana bread, this Paleo banana bread recipe is healthier because it is free of refined sugar, dairy, and gluten. It's flavorful, moist, and ideal for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter, and melted coconut oil

Add coconut flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture

Stir until well combined

Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes

Transfer the banana bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing

Slice and serve
