Dairy-Free Silken Tofu Green Goddess Dressing



This silken tofu green goddess dressing doesn't have any dairy and is full of fresh herbs and sour tastes. This creamy dressing can be used on salads, as a dip, or to spread on sandwiches. It's also vegan-friendly and goes well with any plant-based meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 block silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, tarragon, basil, parsley, chives, and a food processor or blender

Add the silken tofu and blend or process until smooth

To make it smooth and creamy, scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed

Taste it and add more salt and pepper if needed

Put the dressing in a jar or other container and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mix
