Cheeseburger Eggrolls have all the tastes of a regular cheeseburger and the crunch of an eggroll. They're great for snacks, parties, or a fun change from dinner!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 eggroll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned
Drain excess fat
Add diced onions to the skillet and cook until translucent
Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper
Cook for another 2-3 minutes
Remove skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly
Place an eggroll wrapper on a flat surface
Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto the wrapper
Sprinkle shredded cheese and diced pickles over the beef mixture
Fold in the sides of the wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350F 175C
Carefully place the eggrolls in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels
Serve hot with additional ketchup and mustard for dipping
