Pecan Pie Cheesecake Fudge



This pecan pie cheesecake fudge is creamy and nutty, and it tastes great when you mix pecan pie and cheesecake. Anytime is a good time for this sweet treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions:

Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted

In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy

Add the melted white chocolate, chopped pecans, unsalted butter, light corn syrup, vanilla extract, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to the cream cheese

Stir until well combined

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly

Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it has set

Once the fudge has set, use the parchment paper overhangs to lift it out of the pan

Cut the fudge into small squares or rectangles

Serve and enjoy!
